Andy began his career in Real Estate over 27 years ago, establishing a successful and growing business serving Southeastern Michigan. Prior to this, Andy served our country in the United States Army for 8 years serving with the 205th Military Intelligence Brigade in Frankfurt Germany. He attended the University of Michigan with a major in Political Science, and also worked at the Pentagon for the United States National Missile Defense Program in Washington DC. Once he returned to his hometown of Linden, Andy pursued a career in Real Estate. The Andy Alger Team has since become a well-respected, trusted name in real estate, building on Andy’s reputation for client-centered care with a focus on giving back to the community he loves and calls home. Though Andy’s resume and level of experience in the field of Real Estate speaks volumes about him professionally, his character, integrity and desire to make a positive impact is what truly defines The Andy Alger Team!

Andy, as our team’s “captain,” has taken his many years of experience in real estate and leadership to establish a successful and growing real estate business serving southeastern Michigan. Andy was born and raised in Linden, where he and his wife Debbie have raised three amazing children. After graduating from Linden High School, Andy was stationed at the U.S. Army 205th Military Intelligence Brigade in Frankfurt, Germany. Following his military service, Andy attended the University of Michigan, with a major in Political Science. Not long after, Andy began work with the Pentagon for the United States Ballistic Missile Defense Organization in Washington DC.

Andy began his career in real estate over 27 years ago, working with his brother-in-law at Linden Realty in Linden, MI. The Andy Alger Team has since become a well-respected, trusted name in real estate, building on Andy’s reputation for client-centered care with a healthy focus on giving back to the community he loves and calls home. Though Andy’s resume and level of experience in the field of real estate speaks volumes about him professionally, his character, integrity and desire to make a positive impact is what truly defines The Andy Alger Team!

Debbie Alger

Whether it is with numbers or contracts, working with the details is Debbie’s strength. With a background in business administration and finance, she works behind the scenes as our team’s financial manager. Though she carries out many roles on Andy’s team, her personal favorite is reviewing transaction details to ensure our clients don’t overpay and making the budget work so our team can keep doing what they do best: serving our clients.

Karrie DeLand

With a heart for service and a deep appreciation for family, Karrie loves being able to help the clients on our team whether behind the scenes managing Operations or out in the community helping clients to find their new home. Married to a Howell area teacher, mother to six actively involved children, 17 years of practicing Speech Therapy, and now 3 years in real estate has ensured that she is always engaged and up to date on the heartbeat of the local community. Karrie puts her love of communication to use with our clients. As a home buyer or seller, expect her to reach out often to check in or help answer questions. Our goal is to provide an amazing experience where you know our team cares for you.

Scott Bradfield

Scott Bradfield is a resident of Linden, with his wife of 27 years, while nurturing their two children,
Amelia and Hayden. Scott enlisted in the Air Force after high school in the testing laboratory as an integrated avionics computer specialist. Following his military service Scott began his automotive vehicle testing career at the General Motors Proving Grounds in Milford Michigan. Scott went on to manage multiple automotive testing laboratories globally and has traveled throughout the US and the world during his automotive career.

Scott is now dedicated to a new opportunity in real estate as a member of the Andy Alger Team. Scott’s success is not focused on individual gain but to provide an honest, personal level of responsibility to the families we serve.

Lynette Bradley

Lynette’s 8 years of experience in real estate is essential in her role of helping our clients go from contract to close. Her attention to detail, sense of humor, as well as exceptional organizational skills will make this an efficient and fun process.

Lynette Bradley, from Bradley TC, works with The Andy Alger Team as Transaction Coordinator. In addition, Lynette is a licensed real estate agent with more than 8 years of experience. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, helping our clients go from the initial contract stage to a successful closing time and again. Lynette, a lifetime Linden/Fenton area resident, and her husband Tim have raised two wonderful young women. When not working on real estate, you will likely find Lynette baking, gardening, or supporting local events. She is exceptionally organized and a highly competent professional with an enjoyable sense of humor as well. Our clients can trust that they are in good hands while Lynette manages their transaction, and also enjoy the fun conversations along the way!
