Andy began his career in Real Estate over 27 years ago, establishing a successful and growing business serving Southeastern Michigan. Prior to this, Andy served our country in the United States Army for 8 years serving with the 205th Military Intelligence Brigade in Frankfurt Germany. He attended the University of Michigan with a major in Political Science, and also worked at the Pentagon for the United States National Missile Defense Program in Washington DC. Once he returned to his hometown of Linden, Andy pursued a career in Real Estate. The Andy Alger Team has since become a well-respected, trusted name in real estate, building on Andy’s reputation for client-centered care with a focus on giving back to the community he loves and calls home. With a background in business administration and finance, she works behind the scenes as our team’s financial manager. Though she carries out many roles on Andy’s team, her personal favorite is reviewing transaction details to ensure our clients don’t overpay and making the budget work so our team can keep doing what they do best: serving our clients.

With a heart for service and a deep appreciation for family, Karrie loves being able to help the clients on our team whether behind the scenes managing Operations or out in the community helping clients to find their new home. Married to a Howell area teacher, mother to six actively involved children, 17 years of practicing Speech Therapy, and now 3 years in real estate has ensured that she is always engaged and up to date on the heartbeat of the local community. Karrie puts her love of communication to use with our clients. As a home buyer or seller, expect her to reach out often to check in or help answer questions. Scott Bradfield is a resident of Linden, with his wife of 27 years, while nurturing their two children,
Amelia and Hayden. Scott enlisted in the Air Force after high school in the testing laboratory as an integrated avionics computer specialist. Following his military service Scott began his automotive vehicle testing career at the General Motors Proving Grounds in Milford Michigan. Scott went on to manage multiple automotive testing laboratories globally and has traveled throughout the US and the world during his automotive career.
Scott is now dedicated to a new opportunity in real estate as a member of the Andy Alger Team. Scott’s success is not focused on individual gain but to provide an honest, personal level of responsibility to the families we serve.
